WinDirStat : Window Directory Statistics

Just installed WinDirStat.

It basically shows where all your disk space has gone...

When the hard disk is almost full, and you don't know, where the big files actually are lying, which occupy all the space. They may well be hidden in sub-sub-directories. To find out this by means of the Windows Explorer, is tiring: you would have to expand and collapse directories over and over or view the "Properties" of the directories, which always count just the size of a single subtree. It's hard to form a mental image of the hard disk usage in this way. This is where WinDirStat helps.

Several "clean up" actions can be applied to a selected item.

Using iPhone as a router to connect to internet

Here are the steps to enable using your iPhone as a internet router.

[Warning: Please check with your service provider about the internet usage rates otherwise you may be paying hefty bills]

First go to this website on your iPhone browser:
http://help.benm.at/help.php

And download Mobileconfigs.
You should be able to see the internet tethering option under: Settings -> General Settings -> Network -> Internet tethering.
Turn this setting on.

Connect your iPhone to the computer and use it as your router to connect to the internet.

You can also pair your iPhone with laptop for using it over bluetooth, which gives you a neat and wire-free connection to internet.

Easy peasy...

Happy Browsing.

Code Rush

Recently I installed Code Rush.
It is created by Developer Express for Visual Studio to help developers meet their demands for functionality. Its pretty neat but still I am struggling it to understand it to the fullest, some features confuses me but I guess with time, I will be used to it...but yeah, it definitely facilitates better code and that too quickly !
